Do you have actual electronic waste or damaged batteries?
Dubai Municipality explains that electronic waste such as computer monitors can require controlled handling, and damaged batteries present additional concerns. Use an appropriately authorized waste provider when items are hazardous, unusable, or require formal processing documentation.

Pickup is free for selected items accepted after photo review. Sending a request does not automatically confirm every device.
Do you accept every type of electronic waste?
No. We review selected electronics and appliances. Dangerous, damaged, leaking, burned, or otherwise unsuitable items are not accepted.
Do you take televisions and monitors?
Selected televisions and monitors may be reviewed. Send current photos of the screen, rear label, overall condition, and quantity.
Do you guarantee that devices will be recycled?
No recycling outcome or recycling certificate is promised by this pickup service. Use an authorized specialist when certified processing is required.
Will you erase data from my devices?
No. The owner must back up required files, sign out, remove personal media, and erase confidential data before pickup.
Can you collect office IT equipment?
